Luanne M. Peterpaul

A long-standing powerhouse in the legal community, New Jersey Attorney Luanne M. Peterpaul dedicates her practice to labor and employment law, public entity representation, and general litigation. Over the course of her distinguished career, Ms. Peterpaul has been intricately involved in labor and employment law in the State of New Jersey, working with private and public entities and institutions of higher education, and serving as an expert in employment-related litigation. She has lectured for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education, at the New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Conference, the American Conference on Diversity, for the Education Law Center and has presented numerous seminars in the area of employment and education law. Ms. Peterpaul was also selected by the ABA to participate in their Annual Labor & Employment Law Conference. 

In her current practice, Ms. Peterpaul handles all aspects of labor and employment-related matters. She represents individuals and businesses in labor and employment litigation and has tried a vast array of civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts. She also has extensive experience handling matters before administrative agencies, including the New Jersey Department of Labor, Division on Civil Rights, Public Employment Relations Commission and the National Labor Relations Board. As a respected authority in the legal community, she has presented numerous seminars and webinars on subjects such as wage and hour issues impacting automobile dealerships, harassment in the workplace, anti-bullying in schools, and other employment and education-related issues and policies. 

Justin P. Kolbenschlag

Distinguished New Jersey attorney Justin P. Kolbenschlag focuses his practice on the area of employment law, civil rights, commercial and business litigation, and white-collar criminal defense.  

Mr. Kolbenschlag represents victims of workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault and wrongful discharge.   He also represents employers in defending claims of wrongful discharge, unlawful employment practices, harassment, and wage and hour disputes.  Mr. Kolbenschlag also handles a wide-variety of commercial litigation matters, such as breach of contract, restrictive covenant disputes, construction litigation, consumer fraud act litigation, and estate litigation. 

He has represented clients in investigations and charges before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Jersey Department of Labor, Division on Civil Rights. He counsels corporate clients on a broad range of employment issues including termination, employee discipline, wage and hour, disability, disability accommodation, requests for leave, and in drafting employee handbooks. Mr. Kolbenschlag regularly conducts Harassment Prevention Training Seminars for employees, management, and human resource professionals.
